Is it permissible for a woman to give money instead of fasting the days she missed in Ramadan due to menstruation, even if she is able to fast but does not wish to, and what is the amount required to be given if that is permissible?

It is not permissible to offer money or food in lieu of fasting (whether for current performance or making up missed fasts), except for the ill person for whom there is no hope of recovery. As for the one who is able to fast and the ill person for whom recovery is hoped, fasting is obligatory upon them.
