The answer

If a girl breaks her fast due to illness, and the illness is one from which recovery is hoped for, then she must make up the days she missed. If she delays making them up, despite being able to do so, until the next begins, then in addition to making them up, she must feed a poor person for each day. However, if her illness is one from which recovery is not hoped for, and she is unable to make up the fasts, then she must feed a poor person for every day she missed.
