There is no blame on the wife for breaking her fast in due to pregnancy or breastfeeding if she fears for herself or her infant. She must make up the days she missed. If she is unable to make up the fasts before the next Ramadan due to breastfeeding, the obligation to make them up does not fall away, and she should make them up after the next Ramadan.
