What is the ruling on repeatedly looking with lust or admiration, watching pornography, and masturbating during the day in Ramadan, and what are the implications of that in terms of making up for missed fasts (qada') and expiation (kaffarah)? And is it permissible to compensate for two consecutive months of fasting with charity?

Looking at a non-mahram (definition) woman is forbidden. Looking [at a woman] in Ramadan (definition) is one of two scenarios:

First Scenario: Repeatedly looking at a woman. This has three cases: 1. If there is no seminal emission (maniyy): The fast is not invalidated, and there is no make-up or expiation. 2. If there is seminal emission (maniyy): The fast is invalidated, according to the preponderant opinion, and making up the fast is obligatory, but not expiation. 3. If there is pre-seminal fluid (madhiy): It does not break the fast, and the fast is not invalidated.

Second Scenario: Looking once and then averting the gaze. This does not invalidate the fast, whether there is an emission or not, because it is excused, and there is no make-up or expiation.

Sincere repentance is obligatory for all of these actions.
