What should I do about making up the Ramadan days that I missed completely when my daughter was born, and I did not make them up until she was 20 years old, at which point I started making up a few days each year until all the missed days were made up, but I am not sure of the exact number of days I made up? And what should I do if there are days that I missed a long time ago and have not made up, knowing that I suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity?

It is not permissible to delay making up missed fasts until the next unless there is a valid excuse. Therefore, whoever had a valid excuse due to illness is only required to make up the fasts. As for whoever delayed making up the fasts without a valid excuse, they must make up the fasts and feed one poor person for each day, which is a mudd of food (approximately 750 grams of rice or its equivalent). This expiation does not repeat with repeated delays. If you are unsure of the number of days you need to make up, you must investigate and exert effort to estimate and make them up.
