The answer

We ask Allah to grant you a speedy recovery from the whispers and doubts you are experiencing, and we advise you to disregard them. You erred by repeating your ablution merely due to a doubt about passing wind, for your ablution is valid and is not invalidated by mere doubt. Your repetition of ablution does not invalidate your fast. Swallowing saliva does not invalidate the fast, and it is not necessary to spit it out. Similarly, swallowing saliva with the taste of dust has no effect on the fast. Therefore, your fast is valid, and you are not required to repeat it.
