Is it permissible to agree to a collective iftar (breaking of fast) for those who are fasting, sponsored by a Muslim merchant who sells alcohol in his restaurant?

Providing food for a fasting person is an act of righteousness, and the one who provides food receives a reward equal to that of theader. It is permissible to accept food from someone whose wealth is mixed if the lawful portion is greater. It is disliked if the lawful portion is less, and it is not permissible if all of their wealth is unlawful or if what is offered comes directly from unlawful sources. It is advisable to counsel this merchant and to utilize the month of Ramadan (definition) for this purpose.
