Is there sin or expiation due upon one who committed sodomy while fasting at the age of 14, without ejaculation occurring, then repented sincerely and was ignorant of its expiation until a long time thereafter?

Puberty is reached by seminal emission, or the growth of coarse hair around the private parts, or by completing fifteen lunar years. If the act occurred before puberty or with doubt about it, then neither a make-up fast nor expiation is required. But if the act occurred after puberty during a Ramadan (definition) day, then making up that day and expiation are obligatory. Expiation is: freeing a slave; if one is unable, then fasting for two consecutive months; if one is unable, then feeding sixty poor people. Ignorance of the obligation of expiation does not exempt you.
