The best deeds in are: fasting the entire month, charity and feeding the poor, repentance, reciting the Quran, performing Tarawih prayers, performing if possible, and staying in the mosque during the last ten days. As for the best supplications, they are those mentioned in the Quran and , such as asking for forgiveness and well-being, Sayyid al-Istighfar (the master of seeking forgiveness), and supplications at the time of breaking the fast and on Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power). One should increase in supplication during Ramadan because it is a great season for worship and a time when prayers are answered.
