However, it is more virtuous to make up the Ramadan fasts during the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, and it is hoped that you will be rewarded for fasting these days. But if you intend to make up a fast, do not simultaneously intend a voluntary fast, because combining intentions is not valid in such a case.
