Is a fasting person permitted to eat immediately upon hearing the Adhan?

It is permissible to eat when hearing the Maghrib if the muezzin is precise and trustworthy, and calls the Adhan at the entry of the time, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "People will continue to be upon goodness as long as they hasten to break the fast." However, if the muezzin does not observe the time precisely, then one should wait until the sunset is certain.
