Masturbation is forbidden, and it has many harms. Whoever cannot abandon it should fast, for fasting curbs desire and narrows its channels. If desire is not broken by fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, then fast every other day. If it is still not broken, then fast continuously for a lifetime. Do not commit a sin with the claim of repentance. We advise you to contact the consultation department for further assistance.
