What you did is a composite sin. Therefore, you must repent sincerely, seek forgiveness, and stay away from places of sin, and especially from mixing with the maid and being alone with her.
As for your fasting, it is valid if no semen was discharged as a result of the direct contact. However, if semen was discharged, then you have broken your fast, and you must refrain from eating for the rest of the day and make up for that day later.
