The answer

It is not permissible to marry a non-Muslim woman unless she is a chaste woman of the People of the Book, based on the Almighty's saying: "And the chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture." If she is not from the People of the Book, then her marriage is invalid, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not marry polytheistic women until they believe." This woman must be separated from. If the husband believed the marriage to be valid, then the fetus is attributed to him, for the child belongs to the bed, even if the marriage is actually invalid. A Muslim should marry a righteous Muslim woman and reside in a Muslim country.
