The answer

Allah has made lawful the catch of the sea in all its parts, without exception. Prohibiting what Allah has made lawful is a very serious matter. Allah Almighty has forbidden the prohibition of good things that He has made lawful, and He has warned against fabricating lies about Allah without knowledge. Anyone who prohibits eating the fish's eye must repent to Allah, because disliking something does not mean it is forbidden, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did with garlic and the Dabb (spiny-tailed lizard). You should be cautious about going out with a non- man to a restaurant.
