What is the ruling on eating a type of fish that causes delirium, especially if eaten at night?

Eating all marine animals is permissible, due to the generality of the evidence, such as Allah's Almighty saying: "Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and the travelers" and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying about the sea: "Its water is pure, and its dead (animals) are lawful to eat." What is said about the harm of some fish requires consulting specialists among doctors. If they confirm its harm, then it is not permissible to eat it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm." If the harm is not proven, then the default is permissibility.
