It is forbidden to emigrate from a Muslim country to a non-Muslim country for whoever cannot perform the rituals of the religion and fears temptation, due to the dangers of residing among disbelievers. Likewise, naturalizing with the citizenship of a disbelieving state is forbidden except out of necessity or an overriding benefit. It is recommended to search for a Muslim community where work opportunities and security are available.
