The answer

If the fornicator repents sincerely, Allah will accept his repentance, for Allah Almighty says: (Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful). He is permitted to marry a believing woman, and he must conceal himself and not publicize what he has done.
