Is it permissible to marry a thoyyib woman who has been wronged despite the family's objection, and is there reward and merit in that?

The primary consideration when choosing a wife is her religious commitment, as stated in the Prophet's ﷺ hadith (definition): "So win the one who is religious, and you will be successful." Although the Prophet ﷺ encouraged marrying virgins, a woman being divorced is not a flaw, and in some cases, a previously married woman might be more suitable. A man may be rewarded for marrying a divorced woman with the intention of protecting her chastity and comforting her. It is important to emphasize the danger of a Muslim residing in non-Muslim countries, as it can jeopardize their religion and morals. Such residence is only permissible in specific situations and under certain conditions.
