Among non-Muslims are those who deem permissible the consumption of alcohol and pork, and they are allowed to do so in Muslim lands. The issue is not with the act of the non-Muslim, for he deems it permissible in his religion. Rather, the issue lies with the right of the Muslim who believes in the impermissibility of this act. Therefore, it is not permissible for him to intentionally watch that without a need or a recognized benefit, because the rule is: "What is forbidden to do is forbidden to look at."
