Is it disliked to drink water without sitting completely on the ground (like sitting in a traditional Arab toilet)?

The is for a Muslim to drink while sitting. The dislike of drinking while standing is a detestable (tanzīhī) dislike, not a prohibitive (taḥrīmī) one. The Prophet (peace be upon him) drinking while standing was to show its permissibility.
