Is fishing with explosives forbidden, and is it considered destruction and waste of Allah's blessings?

There is no difference regarding the permissibility of eating fish, whether it dies in the water due to an accident or dies outside the water after being caught with nets. As for fishing with explosives, it is not permissible if the intention is to destroy and spoil the fish stock, because it is an act of corruption on Earth and the destruction of crops and offspring, and causing harm, which many texts have warned against, such as His saying, the Almighty: "And cause no corruption upon the earth after its reformation" and His saying: "And when he turns away [from you], he hastens through the land to cause corruption therein and destroy crops and animal offspring. And Allah does not like corruption," and the hadith (definition): "There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm."
