Is it permissible to explain the evolution of constitutions, partisan life, legislative councils, and governmental authorities (the president, the House of Representatives, the judiciary) to middle school students as prescribed in the curriculum, or should they be clarified with additional details?

Students should be made aware that it is not permissible for humans to violate God's حكم (ruling), and that legislative, judicial, and executive authorities must abide by the Sharia (definition) of Allah Almighty. There is no harm in these authorities exercising ijtihad (definition) (independent reasoning) to enact regulatory or administrative legislations that do not contradict the Sharia, unlike matters related to what is lawful and unlawful (halal (definition) and haram (definition)) and the legal punishments (hudud), in which it is not permissible to deviate from the rulings of the Sharia.
