Is money earned from selling the milk of cows that may be sick, and whose milk is manually processed while buyers ignore safety instructions, considered haram or halal money?

The possibility of disease transmission does not necessitate boiling milk before selling it, because such possibilities are not considered in Sharia (definition). What is considered is the predominant condition, which is safety from disease. Therefore, the buyer's not boiling the milk does not affect the validity of the milk sale, nor the permissibility of the seller's earnings or the wages of the worker involved.
