Is the income earned from working as a pediatrician halal or haram, in the event of not mastering some cases, and regretting and repenting from that?

A Muslim must perform their permissible work to the fullest extent. If they are negligent in it, the wage they receive is unlawful to the extent of their negligence. If she can return this amount to the employer, she must do so. Otherwise, she must spend it for the benefit of Muslims, such as the poor, the needy, building hospitals, and paving roads. If some children are harmed due to her inadequate examination of them, she must guarantee this harm.
