Is it permissible to distribute the aqiqah meat over two days and invite relatives on each day due to limited space and the large number of relatives?

The Sunnah (definition) is to slaughter the Aqiqah (definition) on the seventh day. The family and neighbors may eat from it, and people may be fed from it in their places. There is no harm in storing it for the next day or later. Feeding from it is like the Udhiyah (definition): a person may eat from it and give in charity whatever he wishes, and this is better than inviting people to it. Imam Malik was asked about storing the Aqiqah meat, and he permitted it. Ibn Sirin said: "Handle the Aqiqah meat as you wish."
