How is the inheritance distributed among: a son, a mother, a wife, and a full sister?

First, the deceased's debts, including the expenses for Hajj on his behalf, must be paid from his estate before its division, as Allah Almighty says: "after any bequest he [may have] made or debt." Then, the inheritance is divided as follows: the wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, and the mother receives one-sixth due to the existence of a lineal descendant. The remainder goes to the son by virtue of ta'sib (agnatic relationship). The full sister receives nothing due to being blocked by the son, though it is recommended to give her something from the estate. The estate is divided into 24 shares: the wife takes 3 shares, the mother takes 4 shares, and 17 shares remain for the son. It is advised to consult Sharia (definition) courts regarding matters of inheritance.
