The question

Am I sinful for discussing and alerting people going for Hajj or Umrah to transgressions I witnessed in the Haram, such as littering, sitting in unauthorized places, making noise and shouting, intimidating people, in addition to transgressions by some tourism agencies like not going to Mina on the Day of Tarwiyah and stoning before zawal?
