Does the obligatory sacrifice (hady) become null for someone unable to perform it due to lack of funds, considering the possibility of funds becoming available in the future?

If someone, out of ignorance or forgetfulness, neglects a necessary ritual (wajib (definition)) of Hajj or Umrah (definition), he must offer a sacrifice (hady). If he neglects more than one necessary ritual, the sacrifices multiply according to the number of neglected rituals. If he is unable to offer the sacrifice, he must fast ten days for each sacrifice that became obligatory upon him. He is not required to save money for the sacrifice or wait until the money becomes available.
