What should a person do who intended to sacrifice a hady (offering) during Hajj, but then did not find sufficient money and was unable to fast during Hajj (including the days of Tashreeq according to the Shafi’i school of thought)? What is incumbent upon him when he returns to his family?
Whoever did not fast the three obligatory days during Hajj due to inability to slaughter the sacrificial animal (Hadi), must fast them as a make-up (qada') upon returning to their country, thereby completing the fasting of ten days.
