Is Hajj obligatory despite being certain of returning to sins afterward?

Allah has made Hajj obligatory for those who are able, and it is a pillar of Islam. Committing sins does not justify delaying this great obligation which expiates sins. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever performs Hajj and does not engage in sexual intimacy nor commit any evil, will return as pure as the day his mother bore him." And 'Umrah (definition) to 'Umrah is an expiation for what is between them, and Hajj Mabrur (an accepted Hajj) has no reward other than Paradise. One should hasten to repent and perform the obligation, for Allah has encouraged racing towards good deeds. Hajj is an immediate obligation according to the majority of scholars, and procrastination is from the whisperings of Satan. Fear of returning to sins should not prevent one from performing Hajj; it is a satanic barrier. Allah replaces the bad deeds of those who repent with good deeds. What is obligatory is to hasten to repentance and perform Hajj and other obligations.
