What has been said regarding Hajj also applies to Umrah (definition); so, if she is able to perform Umrah but not Hajj, then delegation is permissible for Hajj but not for Umrah. In such a case, she is obligated to perform Umrah when able, according to those who deem Umrah obligatory.
