Is it permissible to perform Tawaf and Sa'i a few hours before heading to Mina?

It is not permissible for a pilgrim to perform Al-Ifadah before the Day of Sacrifice, whether he is performing Hajj , , or Tamattu. As for Sa'y, it is better for the Qarin and Mufrid pilgrim to perform it after Tawaf Al-Qudum. However, it is not permissible for the Mutamatti' pilgrim to perform it early; rather, he should delay it until after Tawaf Al-Ifadah.
