What is incumbent upon a man who abandoned the Hajj in Muzdalifah due to an argument with his wife?

Whoever enters into ihram (definition) for Hajj or 'Umrah (definition) is not permitted to exit ihram except by completing the rites of Hajj or 'Umrah, or by exiting ihram due to ihsar (being prevented), or due to an excuse if this was stipulated. If the pilgrim refused his ihram because of an argument with his wife, he must know that he is still in ihram and must avoid the prohibitions of ihram. If he had intercourse with his wife, his Hajj is invalidated, and he is obligated to complete the invalidated Hajj, then perform it again in the following year. He bears sin if he was aware of the ruling. However, if he was ignorant, then according to the more sound opinion, he is not subject to anything concerning the prohibitions of ihram, even in the case of intercourse. His Hajj would be valid, and he would only owe the blood sacrifices for the واجبات (obligations) he omitted.
