The answer

Whoever was a cause for someone's guidance, repentance, and convincing them to perform Hajj and , will receive a reward similar to that of the guided person due to their efforts; because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever calls to guidance will have a reward similar to the rewards of those who follow him, without diminishing their rewards in the least," and "The one who points to good is like the one who does it." And Allah has promised success to those who call to good: "And let there be [arising] from among you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful."
