Whoever abandons a duty must offer a sacrifice (hady); it is obligatory due to a deficiency in Hajj or . If he is unable to offer the hady, he fasts three days during Hajj and seven days when he returns to his family. Whoever abandons a supererogatory act is not required to do anything.
