Does ablution become void when hair or arms are exposed in front of male relatives or friends who are not Mahram?

Scholars unanimously agree that a woman's hair and the part of her hand above the palm are 'awrah (private parts) which a non-mahram (definition) man is not permitted to see. Exposing the 'awrah in front of non-mahrams exposes one to Allah's wrath and falls under the warning mentioned in the noble Hadith (definition) about two types of people among the inhabitants of Hell, one of whom are "women who are clothed yet naked." Ostentatious display (tabarruj) does not affect the validity of ablution (wudu') because it is not among its nullifiers, even though it is a sin that necessitates repentance and seeking forgiveness.
