The answer

There is nothing in the indicating that angels dislike menstruating women; rather, they love believers and seek forgiveness for them. The deduction by some scholars from a that angels do not enter a house where there is a junub (one in a state of ritual impurity requiring a full bath), and that a menstruating woman is like a junub in this regard, and thus they deemed it disliked for her to be present with a dying person, is a deduction that warrants consideration. The addition of "al-junub" in thehadith is weak, and even if it were authentic, many scholars have interpreted it to refer to a junub who is negligent in performing the ritual bath, whereas a menstruating woman cannot remove her state of menstruation and is not negligent.
