Do the angels curse a woman who is tired or sick and refuses her husband's request for intimacy?

A woman must strive to please her husband, as long as it does not involve disobedience to Allah. This includes responding to his call to bed, because abstaining from the husband's bed without a legitimate excuse incurs the curse of the angels. However, if the woman has a legitimate excuse, such as an illness that prevents her from intercourse, there is no blame upon her. Sometimes, it may even be forbidden for her to respond to him, such as when she is menstruating or observing an obligatory fast.

It should be noted that the call to bed is more general than intercourse. Thus, she must respond to him for enjoyment above the waist-wrapper if she is menstruating, and to the extent she is able if she is ill.
