A woman going out with a non-mahram (definition) man and being alone with him is forbidden. Accusing her of adultery is not permissible except with legitimate evidence (eyewitness testimony or confession). The crime of adultery is not proven by pictures and recordings, due to the possibility of fabrication. It is not permissible to marry someone who has been accused of adultery unless they have repented. It is preferable to marry those with strong religious commitment and good morals, as Allah Almighty says: "Bad women are for bad men, and bad men are for bad women. And good women are for good men, and good men are for good women."
