Is a marriage valid if witnessed by someone who accused a woman of fornication or was immoral, bearing in mind that Ibn Taymiyyah stated: "After the triple divorce, no one should examine whether the guardian was righteous or immoral, in order to use the guardian's immorality as a pretext for the divorce not to take effect, for most jurists validate the guardianship of the immoral"?

If accusing a woman of dishonor means accusing her of adultery without proof, then this is slander for which the perpetrator deserves the prescribed punishment (hadd) and is deemed an evildoer (fasiq), and his testimony is rejected, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "And those who accuse chaste women and then do not produce four witnesses - lash them with eighty lashes and do not accept their testimony ever after. And those are the defiantly disobedient" (Quran 24:4), and based on the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There is no marriage except with a guardian and two just witnesses."
