It is permissible to place women's pictures on forms if it is a necessary means for studying Islamic knowledge, provided that the picture is ordinary, uncolored, and without embellishment, and that the photograph is taken by a woman or a mahram (definition), and to be keen on convincing the school administration to employ a trustworthy woman or an elderly man to receive the files.
