The answer

It is permissible for a woman to engage in work that suits her nature, provided that there is no fitnah (temptation/discord) and that Islamic regulations are observed, such as covering, avoiding khalwah (private seclusion with a non-), refraining from using perfume or adorning oneself when going out, and with the husband's consent. It is permissible for her to remove her in front of women and her mahram relatives, based on the Almighty's saying: "And not display their adornment except to their husbands..." ( An-Nur, 24:31). However, in front of non-mahram men, removing the hijab is forbidden. If the work necessitates this, then it must be abandoned, except in cases of dire necessity, such as fear of death by starvation, in which case necessities then become permissible.
