The answer

A woman must cover her entire body from non- men. An exception to this is a man who suffers from severe intellectual disability, who does not comprehend matters pertaining to women and has no inclination towards them. Such a man falls under the category of "those men who have no sexual desire" (ghayri uli l-irbah min ar-rijal), and she may uncover before him what she uncovers before her mahrams. However, if he comprehends matters pertaining to women and has an inclination towards them, then he is like any other man, and she must observe in front of him. Attention must also be given to the prohibition of (private seclusion) and mixed-gender work environments with non-mahram men.
