Is it permissible to remove the hijab in front of adolescents with severe visual impairments, and is it permissible to touch, embrace, and laugh with them, knowing that their disability makes them act like young children?

A woman is permitted to remove her hijab in front of young children who have not reached puberty or are close to it, and in front of mentally or physically disabled adolescents who do not comprehend matters relating to women. She is also allowed to remove her hijab in front of any disabled person whose disability has deprived them of any desire for women, provided there is a significant need for interaction with them. It is permissible to remove the hijab in front of a blind adult, or a blind or visually impaired child, provided there is no one else who can see the woman from among those who are not mahrams. As for direct physical touch and fondling, it is not permissible except with young children. Necessity and extreme need are exceptions to this, along with the use of a barrier when touching, whenever possible.
