Is it permissible when traveling (especially in European countries) to wear wide skirts and a blouse, topped with a long jacket, while covering the face, with the aim of not attracting attention and avoiding harm?
There is no objection to wearing a skirt, blouse, and jacket in public places in front of non- men, whether in Europe or elsewhere, if they meet the conditions of proper Islamic . However, if these conditions are not met, then wearing them is prohibited, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful," and His words: "And let them not expose their adornment except that which [necessarily] appears thereof and let them draw their headcovers over their bosoms."
