Must Zakat be paid on women's hair, and how would that be, especially with the custom of cutting hair in Algeria under the pretext of Ashura Zakat?

There is no Zakat (definition) on a woman's hair, and she is not required to take anything from it except during the rituals of Hajj or Umrah (definition). She is permitted to cut it for permissible adornment or to reduce its upkeep and facilitate styling, as long as she does not intend to imitate disbelieving women, prostitutes, or men.
