What is the legitimate Islamic advice for a young man who has been married for three years, whose wife resides in England while he studies in India, and he is unable to travel to her, and she is unable to come to him due to the absence of a mahram, knowing that the period of absence has exceeded two years?

If the husband needs to study and cannot travel to his wife, he is excused for his absence from her, especially if the absence is for Hajj, or غز و (ghazw - military expedition/jihad), or earning a livelihood for the children. The husband is advised to return to his country and reside with his wife, or to bring her to him with a mahram (definition). If that is not possible, we hope that the wife's travel without a mahram will be permissible if the travel is safe.
