What is the ruling on removing the khimar for a few minutes due to administrative circumstances, and what should be done to avoid being held accountable for that?

Allah has made the hijab (definition) obligatory upon Muslim women, as stated in His Almighty words: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments." He also commanded them not to display their adornment except to their mahram (definition) relatives. If a woman is compelled to remove her hijab due to a valid, religiously recognized necessity, then it is excused, as stated in His Almighty words: "But whoever is forced, neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him," and "except for one who is forced [to renounce his religion] while his heart is secure in faith," and according to the rule: "Necessities make prohibited things permissible." However, if there is no such necessity, she must repent to Allah.
