What is the ruling on two women teaching a strange man to read the Qur’an? And is it better for a woman to learn from another woman like her?

Undoubtedly, it is better for a woman to learn the Quran from another woman. However, if a proficient woman is not available, she is permitted to learn from a man, provided that certain Sharia (definition)-compliant conditions are met: covering the body, not speaking in a soft or alluring manner, avoiding seclusion (by having a mahram (definition) present or being in a group of women), and both parties lowering their gaze. It is also a condition that there be no fear of temptation (fitna); otherwise, it is impermissible.
