Undoubtedly, it is better for a woman to learn the Quran from another woman. However, if a proficient woman is not available, she is permitted to learn from a man, provided that certain -compliant conditions are met: covering the body, not speaking in a soft or alluring manner, avoiding seclusion (by having a present or being in a group of women), and both parties lowering their gaze. It is also a condition that there be no fear of temptation (fitna); otherwise, it is impermissible.
